Yankee Hill Machine YHM-3114 QD Mount Thread Protector - 1-3/8x24 Aluminum

The Yankee Hill Machine YHM-3114 is a quick-detach mount thread protector designed to keep the ACME threads on your YHM Q.D. flash hiders and muzzle mounts clean and damage-free when the suppressor is removed. Machined from aluminum and finished in a hardcoat anodized matte black, this low-profile cap threads directly onto the Q.D. interface to seal it against dirt, debris, and handling damage during storage, transport, and range use.

The YHM-3114 installs onto YHM's Q.D. flash hider and muzzle brake mounts with a 1-3/8"x24 thread pattern at a compact .6875" length and 1.25" diameter. It is intended for use with YHM Q.D. muzzle devices on AR-10 and LR-308 pattern rifles. Note: this thread protector is not compatible with the YHM SrX or Phantom .338 Q.D. systems.

Lightweight at just 0.448 oz, the YHM-3114 adds no meaningful weight to the host rifle. It is a simple, purpose-built accessory for shooters who run YHM Q.D. systems and want to protect their investment between suppressor sessions.
