Common questions before you contact us
How do I buy a gun online?
Choose your firearm, complete checkout, and select a local FFL dealer. The firearm ships to that dealer, where you complete the transfer, background check, and any dealer transfer fee.
Can you ship a gun directly to my house?
No. Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer. C&R eligible firearms can ship to the address listed on a valid C&R license when applicable.
How do I send my FFL?
Email the license to ffl@centerfiresystems.com, fax it to 859-873-1842, or attach it during checkout when prompted.
How can I check order status?
Log in to your account and open Order History. Shipped orders show tracking information when it is available.
What is the return window?
Report issues within 10 days. Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the reported issue. Firearms must be inspected before accepting transfer.
What are your shipping rates?
Firearms start at $17.99 for the first firearm plus $4.00 for each additional firearm. Ammo starts at $19.99 per SKU under 500 rounds, and eligible 500+ round ammo orders ship free.
Does Centerfire Systems offer layaway?
Yes. CLiP layaway is available on eligible orders from $200 to $2,800 with 90 days to pay in full. A confirmation payment is required within 5 days.
How do dealer accounts work?
FFL holders, law enforcement, military, and qualified trade professionals can apply. Complete dealer applications are usually reviewed within 1-2 business days.
