Dealer Program FAQ
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days of form submission. Incomplete details or missing credentials can take longer, and our wholesale team will follow up if more documentation is needed.
Do you accept C&R licenses for dealer pricing?
Type 03 Curios & Relics licenses are accepted for C&R-eligible items, but do not qualify for full dealer pricing on current-production firearms or modern accessories. Those are reserved for Type 01 and above.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum for your first order. Some SKUs have volume-break pricing that activates at specific case or pallet quantities — your rep will flag these when relevant.
Can I get net terms on my account?
Net terms are available to qualified accounts after an initial purchase history is established with us. Speak with your wholesale rep once your account is active to discuss the application.
Do the same shipping restrictions apply to dealer accounts?
Yes. Dealer orders still follow all federal, state, and local laws — including state-by-state magazine capacity, approved firearm rosters, and compliance holds. See our Shipping Restrictions page for full details.
Can I drop-ship to my customers?
Firearms cannot be drop-shipped to end consumers — they must transfer through your FFL (or another FFL of your choosing). Non-firearm accessories and gear can be drop-shipped in many cases. Talk to your wholesale rep about your specific scenario.
How do I update my FFL or documentation?
Existing dealers can provide updated credentials to their wholesale rep. FFLs should be renewed before expiration to avoid account holds.
