Yankee Hill Machine YHM-281 Tactical Charging Handle Latch AR-15 Steel Melonite

The Yankee Hill Machine YHM-281 Tactical Charging Handle Latch is a drop-in replacement for the standard AR-15 charging handle latch. Designed for installation without modification, the YHM-281 features a serrated, medium-length profile with an oversized surface area that makes racking the charging handle easier when wearing gloves or working around large optics that crowd the upper receiver.

Machined from steel and finished in Melonite (matte black), this latch is built to resist wear and corrosion in hard-use environments. At just 0.6 oz, it adds negligible weight to the rifle. The YHM-281 is compatible with most mil-spec and aftermarket AR-15 charging handles and replaces the standard mil-spec latch assembly.
