Yankee Hill Machine Short SRX Flash Hider .578-28 Black

The Yankee Hill Machine Short SRX Flash Hider is the compact flash-suppression component of YHM's modular sRx muzzle mounting system, designed to thread directly onto a .578-28 barrel shoulder on .30 caliber AR-platform rifles such as the AR-10 and other .308-pattern builds.

Machined from rugged 4140 steel and finished in Black Phosphate for corrosion resistance, the Short SRX measures just 1.8125" long with an outside diameter of .75", keeping the front of the rifle trim while still taming muzzle flash at the muzzle. The .578-28 thread pitch is the standard muzzle thread for AR-10 and other big-bore .30 caliber AR-pattern barrels, making drop-in installation straightforward.

As part of the YHM sRx platform, this short flash hider serves as the permanent base mount for YHM's quick-detach sRx adapters (sold separately), letting the shooter attach compatible sRx-compatible suppressors and other muzzle accessories without tools and without changing point of impact.
