The XS Sight Systems Minimalist Tritium Sight & Optic Plate Combo is a purpose-built sighting package for S&W M&P pistols running an RMR-footprint reflex optic. This ready-made bundle pairs XS's popular Minimalist iron sights with a precision CNC-milled steel optic plate, taking the guesswork out of matching sight height to a mounted red dot.

The front sight features a self-illuminated tritium Big Dot that draws the eye quickly in low-light defensive situations, while the rear uses a serrated, non-tritium notch designed to reduce glare and distraction. Together they present a traditional notch-and-post sight picture at the correct height for co-witnessing with an RMR-pattern red dot mounted on the included plate.

The optic plate is CNC machined from steel and finished in black nitride for strength and corrosion resistance. It is engineered to deliver 30% more thread engagement versus standard plates, helping prevent optic failure under hard use. The plate accepts any RMR-footprint reflex optic.
