The Xcaliber Knife Company 380 ACP Medium is an OTF (out-the-front) automatic knife from Xcaliber's caliber-inspired naming series, designed for everyday carry and tactical use. Sitting between the compact Small and the full-size Large variants, the Medium size strikes a balance of blade reach and pocket-friendly footprint.

The 3.25 in blade is forged from 440C stainless steel with a black finish and a part serrated edge. The plain-edge section handles clean slicing while the serrations bite aggressively through cord, webbing, and fibrous material. The OTF mechanism drives the blade straight out the front of the handle for fast deployment and retraction, leaving a clean closed profile.

A 4.64 in steel handle anchors the knife and brings overall length to 7.75 in with a working weight of 6.66 oz, giving it a balanced feel in hand without weighing down the pocket. A nylon sheath is included for belt carry and storage.
