The Winchester Model 70 Super Grade Maple in 308 Win is a premium bolt-action sporting rifle that pairs a hammer-forged, free-floated barrel with a highly figured, gloss-finished stock. This configuration features a beautifully figured AAA Maple Super Grade stock with a Shadowline cheekpiece and an ebony fore-end tip for a traditional, showpiece look.

Built around a 22" hammer-forged, free-floating steel barrel topped with a recessed target crown and finished in high polished blued metal, the rifle is mated to a steel receiver carrying Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System for a clean, user-adjustable pull. A 3-position safety is standard and the rifle is supplied without iron sights, leaving the barrel clean for the shooter's preferred scope mounting.
