Winchester Model 70 Featherweight 270 WSM 24" 3+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Full Size

The Winchester Model 70 Featherweight in .270 WSM is a classic American bolt-action hunting rifle built around the legendary Model 70 action. This Full Size configuration pairs a 24" free-floating steel barrel with a fixed satin walnut stock featuring traditional Featherweight cut checkering and a Schnabel fore-end for an iconic look and lightweight handling.

The Model 70 action retains the pre-'64 style Controlled Round Feeding with a three-position safety, jeweled bolt body, and knurled bolt handle. The steel receiver wears a brushed polish blued finish and is drilled and tapped for optic mounting. Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System provides a clean, adjustable pull for both hunting and precision shooting.

The 24" barrel is free-floated within the stock, finished in brushed polish blue, and crowned with a recessed target crown to protect the muzzle and help accuracy. A 1:10 twist stabilizes the .270 Winchester Short Magnum bullet range, while the rifle's 44.25" overall length and 7 lb weight make it a natural carry for open-country hunting.

Feeding from an internal box magazine, the Featherweight holds 3+1 rounds of .270 WSM. The right-hand satin walnut stock is shaped for traditional field carry with feather checkering and a Schnabel tip. Purpose-built for hunting and target use, this Model 70 Featherweight continues the Featherweight tradition of classic styling and lightweight performance.
