The Winchester XPR Hunter in 270 WSM is a full-size bolt-action hunting rifle built for the next generation of Winchester hunters, combining proven concepts from the Model 70 with a modern, value-driven design. The 24" sporter barrel is finished in Flat Dark Earth Perma-Cote and topped with a recessed target crown to protect the muzzle. A 1:10" twist stabilizes a wide range of 270 WSM bullet weights suitable for North American big game.

At the heart of the action is a drilled and tapped stainless steel receiver paired with the M.O.A. Trigger System, an adjustable design that delivers a clean, crisp pull. A two-position safety rounds out the controls. The short-action bolt feeds from a 3+1 capacity magazine, and the rifle ships with no iron sights installed so the owner can mount their preferred optics on the factory drilled and tapped receiver.
