The Winchester SXP Trap Compact is a purpose-built 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun tailored for clay target shooting, pairing a 30" steel barrel in non-glare matte black with a 3" chamber that handles both light target loads and heavier hunting shells with ease.

Built around a lightweight black aluminum receiver, the SXP Trap Compact keeps weight to 7.60 lbs while stretching to an overall length of 49.75". The proven pump-action operating system pairs with a drop-out trigger group for straightforward cleaning and maintenance, and a crossbolt safety sits behind the trigger guard for fast, positive manipulation during a round of trap.

The fixed satin-finished hardwood stock carries a high-profile trap comb that raises the shooter's cheek to align naturally with the rib's sight plane - a critical touch for consistent target acquisition on long crossing shots. A fiber optic front sight paired with an ivory mid bead gives trap shooters a clean, intuitive sight picture in any light.
