Winchester Guns SX4 Field Compact 12 Gauge 24" 4+1 3" Semi-Auto Shotgun - Oiled Walnut

The Winchester SX4 Field Compact is a 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun purpose-built for shorter, smaller, lighter shooters and anyone who wants the handling advantages of a trim, lightweight field gun. At just 6.80 lbs, the 24" back-bored vent-rib barrel is paired with a 3" chamber and a 4+1 shell capacity (4 - 2.75" shells), giving the Field Compact enough reach for hunting and target shooting without the bulk of a full-length semi-auto.

Built around a semi-auto action, the SX4 Field Compact is fitted with the Invector-Plus flush choke system. Three chokes ship in the box - Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified - so you can swap patterns for tight, mid-range, or close-in work right out of the case. A TruGlo long bead fiber optic front sight sits on the vent rib for fast target pickup in low light.

The action features a reversible crossbolt safety and a drop-out trigger group for simplified field maintenance. The fixed stock is finished in classic oiled walnut with a brown finish group, while the receiver and barrel wear a low-glare matte black finish to cut reflections in the field. In a right-handed configuration with an overall length of 43.75", the SX4 Field Compact carries comfortably through long days in the field or at the range.
