The Wilson Combat AR-15/M16 Bolt Carrier Assembly is a complete, drop-in auto-profile assembly for AR-platform rifles built around the 5.56x45mm NATO case head. Its Mil-Spec configuration is the same bolt carrier assembly design Wilson Combat uses in its fully built rifles.

This assembly fits quality AR rifles chambered in .223 Remington/5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout, .204 Ruger, 300 HAM'R, and 7.62x40 WT. The carrier has forward-assist cuts and a properly staked gas key, while the complete assembly includes a machined ejector and extractor.

The assembly carries a stainless steel material specification. At the component level, the bolt is precision-machined from aerospace-grade 9310 tool steel, and the hardened carrier is made from 8620 steel. A polished nickel-boron coating provides corrosion protection and makes fouling easier to clean from the working surfaces.
