Weaver Top Mount Base Pair Remington 783 2-Pc Matte Aluminum

The Weaver Top Mount Base Pair is a two-piece scope base set engineered specifically for Remington 783 rifles. Its low-profile top mount design seats flat against the receiver, distributing clamping force evenly across the action for a secure, repeatable zero.

Each base is machined from lightweight aluminum and finished in a non-reflective matte black to cut weight at the top of the receiver while resisting corrosion and glare. The integrated cross-lock design keys the two halves together for a tight, aligned fit, and the ambidextrous construction allows easy installation from either side of the rifle.

Tailored to the Remington 783 action, each base measures 0.75" high x 1.75" wide x 5.45" long. Recommended torque specs are 15 in-lbs on 6-48 screws and 18 in-lbs on 8-40 screws for a solid lock-up under recoil. Bases only - rings and optics are sold separately.
