Weaver Mounts Detachable Top Mount Extension Rings 1" Extra High Matte Black

The Weaver Detachable Top Mount Extension Rings (model 48449) deliver the classic original Weaver-style scope mounting solution in an extra-high configuration sized for 1" scope maintubes. A time-tested steel strap wraps a lightweight aluminum saddle to clamp the optic down on any Weaver-style base, and the quick-detach design lets the scope come off the rifle and return to the same position without losing zero.

This is the extension variant, meaning the rings reach forward or rearward on the rail so the shooter can fine-tune eye relief and clamp the optic further out from its standard mounting position. The extra-high height provides objective bell clearance for larger hunting scopes and added clearance over heavy barrel contours. Sold as a two-ring set for the standard 1" tube format and finished in non-reflective Matte Black, these rings fit any Weaver-style cross-slot base and also work on bases featuring 3/8" dovetail grooves, giving shooters the flexibility to swap between Detachable Top Mount Rings and Tip-Off Rings on the same platform.
