The Weaver Mounts 99491 Extended Multi-Slot Base is a one-piece scope base purpose-built for the Savage Model 10, 11, 12, 14, and 16 short-action rifles. Machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a matte Type III hard-coat anodized black, this base is engineered to handle heavy recoil while keeping added weight to a minimum.

The extended multi-slot design adds extra rail length forward of the receiver, giving shooters more flexibility when mounting optics, red dots, or night-vision devices. The slotted format is fully compatible with both Weaver-style and Picatinny rings and mounts, so you can pair the base with the rings you already run or upgrade later without buying a new base. Rings are sold separately.
