Built from durable aluminum and finished in black, this top mount base gives your scope rings the strength and stability they need to hold zero through repeated recoil.

Designed as a direct-to-receiver mount, the Weaver 97 drops onto the action and creates a clean, repeatable platform for any standard two-ring scope setup. In addition to the Remington 700, this base also fits the Remington 78, 40-XL, 721, 722, and 725 actions. Mounting screws are included.
