The integrated extension geometry lets the optic be positioned forward or rearward inside the rings so the scope clears your particular stock comb and shooting posture without redrilling or relocating the bases.
Sized at the High saddle height, this pair is tall enough to clear 40 to 50mm objective bell housings on most bolt-action and semi-auto rifles, preventing bell-to-barrel contact on larger objective scopes. The classic detachable lever design allows the optic to be popped off quickly for transport, storage, or a fast swap to iron sights, then snaps solidly back to the same repeatable zero.
