The Weaver Mounts 48361 Four-Hole Skeleton Rings are a 2-piece scope ring set built to lock down a 1" tube riflescope on a Weaver or Picatinny base. Part of Weaver's tactical Four-Hole Skeleton series, the rings use a skeletonized cap design that cuts weight while preserving the wide clamping surface and recoil grip needed to keep an optic tracking shot after shot.
Each ring is precision-machined from aircraft-grade 6061 T6 aluminum with a low-glare matte black finish. The four-hole top and bottom mounting pattern spreads clamp load across the cap and base for a secure, recoil-resistant hold, while the Cross Lock system uses a crossbolt and cap screw to apply even, consistent pressure around the scope tube. Torx head fasteners on the cap and base are designed to resist strip-out and slip during installation.
Sized for a 1" main tube in the High height, this set provides the additional clearance needed for larger objective bells when the optic is mounted on a flat-top receiver or raised bases. Per Weaver's published specifications, recommended torque is 15-20 in lbs on the cap screws and 35-40 in lbs on the crossbolt. With their tactical styling and dependable construction, these Weaver scope rings are a solid match for hunting rifles, precision rigs, and tactical builds alike.
