Weaver Mounts 48054 Top Mount Base 54 Black Aluminum 1-Piece Scope Base for Browning BAR

The Weaver Top Mount Base #54 is a precision-machined, 1-piece scope base cut from aluminum and finished in black. Designed as a dedicated top-mount base for the Browning BAR rifle, the #54 installs directly to the receiver and accepts any standard Weaver-pattern ring set (sold separately).

Built around Weaver's signature cross-lock design, each base is machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit on the Browning BAR, giving rings a stable, repeatable platform that holds tight under recoil.

This base is purpose-built for the Browning BAR and delivers maximum strength in a single-piece aluminum package. It can be used as a standalone optic mount or paired with Weaver's Tactical Multi-Slot Bases for added versatility. As with many Weaver top-mount installations, the rear base screws may require shortening by grinding to clear factory internal geometry, a simple install step for any gunsmith.

Rings are not included. Order the appropriate Weaver or Weaver-compatible rings to complete the installation.
