The Weaver Mounts 48045 Top Mount Base #45 is a precision-machined 1-piece scope base built from lightweight aluminum and finished in black. Designed in the classic Weaver cross-lock style, this top mount base provides a rigid, rock-solid platform for mounting rings and optics directly to the receiver.

This base is purpose-built to fit Browning Bolt Action rifles and the Marlin 455, machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit on those specific actions. It accepts any standard Weaver-style ring or detachable top mount Weaver ring set, giving shooters flexibility in optic choice without the need for additional adapter plates.

Rings are sold separately, allowing the shooter to pair the correct ring height and style to their preferred scope. Mounting screws are included for a complete installation out of the box.
