The Weaver Mounts 48024 Top Mount Base is a precision-machined, 1-piece scope base built from aluminum with a gloss black finish, designed to provide a secure, custom-fit mounting platform for optics on rifles.

Weaver mounts each base to tight tolerances for a precise fit and maximum holding strength for rings to hold tight. This base is part of a two-base top-and-bottom mounting system, with a matching bottom base sold separately, and is intended for use with Weaver-style rings. Rings are not included.
