The Weaver 402S Top Mount Base (part 48430) is a one-piece aluminum scope base finished in silver, machined to tight tolerances for a precise custom fit on the receiver. Designed in the classic Weaver top-mount configuration, this base provides a rock-solid Weaver cross-lock platform that accepts a wide variety of Weaver-style rings and optics.

The 402S is purpose-built to fit the High Standard High Power, Marlin 455, and Marlin MR7 rifles. The lightweight aluminum construction keeps carry weight to a minimum while delivering the strength needed to hold rings tight under repeated recoil.
