The Weatherby Vanguard Sporter in 300 Weatherby Magnum is a classic walnut-stocked bolt-action hunting rifle that honors the brand's traditional sporter look. It pairs a matte blued stainless steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for scope mounting with a matching 24" #2 contour threaded barrel (1/2x28 thread pitch) finished in matte bead-blasted blued steel and capped with a target crown. A 1:10" rifling twist supports the long-range performance Weatherby customers expect from this magnum cartridge.

The stock is a Grade A Turkish Walnut Monte Carlo with a rich brown finish, shaped for comfortable right-hand carry. The action is fitted with an adjustable two-stage match trigger (adjustable down to 2.5 lbs) and a traditional three-position safety.
