The Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter in 6.5 Creedmoor is a purpose-built hunting bolt-action rifle centered on Weatherby's proven Vanguard action. It pairs a stainless steel receiver with a 24" #2 fluted and threaded barrel fitted with a factory Accubrake muzzle brake to help tame felt recoil and keep follow-up shots on target.

The rifle carries a classic Monte Carlo stock in a brown finish, weighing in at 7.15 lbs with an overall length of 46" for a stable yet packable carry in the backcountry. A 1:8" twist rate is well-matched to the long, heavy-for-caliber projectiles that make the 6.5 Creedmoor so effective at extended range.

Controls include a crisp two-stage trigger, a three-position safety, and a right-hand action, and the rifle ships with no iron sights installed so the shooter can mount a preferred optic.
