The Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 270 Win, blending the proven Vanguard action with a feature-rich package ready for the field. The 24" barrel is spiral fluted to shed weight and increase cooling surface, and is threaded for the included Accubrake muzzle brake to tame felt recoil on follow-up shots.

The barreled action wears a tough Graphite Black Cerakote finish for corrosion and abrasion resistance in rough weather, while the tan synthetic stock is finished by hand with a brown and white sponge pattern for a distinctive, one-of-a-kind look. An adjustable two-stage match trigger lets the shooter dial in a clean, consistent break, and a three-position safety keeps the rifle ready for any carry condition in the field.

Built right-handed on a 1:10" twist and offering a 5+1 capacity from its internal box magazine, the Vanguard Outfitter measures 46.50" overall and tips the scales at 7.25 lbs - a balanced, capable rifle for deer, elk, and open-country hunting.
