The Weatherby Vanguard Camilla Compact is a purpose-built bolt-action rifle tailored for smaller-framed and female shooters who want full-size performance from a trim, fast-handling package. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, this model delivers the long-range reach and flat trajectory the cartridge is famous for, in a rifle specifically dimensioned for a shorter length of pull and improved scope-eye alignment.

At the heart of the Camilla Compact is Weatherby's proven Vanguard bolt action, fed by a 4+1 internal magazine with hinged floorplate. The 20" matte blued steel barrel carries a 1:8" twist rate ideal for stabilizing a wide range of 6.5 Creedmoor bullet weights. The receiver is matte blued stainless steel, drilled and tapped for scope bases so shooters can mount their preferred optic, and the action is paired with a two-stage trigger and a three-position safety.

The Camilla line's defining feature is its stock. This Compact wears a Grade A Turkish Walnut Monte Carlo stock shaped with a shortened 13" length of pull, a slimmer grip with a gentle palm swell, a slender forearm, and a higher comb for optimal scope-eye alignment. These ergonomic refinements give the rifle a custom-fit feel right out of the box. The overall package measures 39.50" tip to tail and weighs 6.50 lbs, making it a well-balanced carry for long days in the field.
