Weatherby Vanguard Black Hills 6.5-300 Wby Mag 26" 2+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Weatherby Vanguard Black Hills is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in the high-performance 6.5-300 Weatherby Magnum cartridge, designed for hunters and long-range shooters who want flat trajectories and serious downrange energy from a factory-built rifle.

Built on Weatherby's proven Vanguard action, this bolt-action rifle features a 26" heavy threaded barrel with a 1:8" twist for excellent stability across a wide range of bullet weights, and is fitted with a factory muzzle brake to tame the recoil of the magnum cartridge. The threaded barrel also allows easy installation of a suppressor or other muzzle device. The steel receiver is finished in a non-reflective matte blued finish.

Controls are tuned for precision shooting: an adjustable trigger lets you set a clean, crisp break, while the 3-position safety gives safe carry, ready-to-fire, and unload options. The rifle feeds from an internal box magazine for a 2+1 capacity and ships with no iron sights, set up for optic mounting right out of the box.

The Peak 44 Monte Carlo stock is finished in a camouflage pattern well suited for varied hunting terrain. Overall length measures 46.50" with a weight of approximately 8.30 lbs, balanced for carry in the field and steady on a bench or prone rest.
