The Weatherby Sorix is a purpose-built bolt-action shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge, pairing a manually-operated action with a 3-inch chamber and a 2+1 capacity. It rides on a 28-inch vent-rib barrel, with an overall length of 49 inches and a carry weight of 7.10 lbs designed to stay balanced in the field.

At its core sits a drilled and tapped steel receiver ready to accept optics or accessory bases. A crossbolt safety sits within reach of the trigger hand, and an LPA fiber-optic front sight keeps the muzzle on target in low light. The barrel accepts Benelli Crio Plus pattern choke tubes, giving the Sorix versatile pattern control for upland birds, turkeys, and waterfowl.

A Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage wraps the synthetic fixed stock and forearm, lending concealment to flooded timber, marsh, and field-edge environments. The stock is built around an adjustable shim system and configured for ambidextrous use, so right- and left-handed shooters can dial in fit without swapping parts.
