Weatherby Orion I 12ga 28" 2rd Break Open Shotgun

The Weatherby Orion I is a classically styled 12 Gauge over-and-under break-open shotgun built around a low-profile steel receiver finished in blued/black. Sized for right-handed shooters, the Orion I pairs traditional Weatherby styling with the versatility of a 3" chamber that accepts everything from light target loads up to 3" magnum shells.

This full-size configuration wears a 28" vent-rib barrel topped by a brass bead front sight for a clean sight picture across the rib. A multi-choke system comes standard, with Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified choke tubes included, giving the Orion I the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of shooting applications. The break-open action is operated via a tang safety for fast, natural handling.

The stock is a traditional fixed walnut design in a warm brown tone, featuring a Prince of Whales grip for a comfortable, classic hold. The Orion I measures 45.75" overall and tips the scales at 7 lbs, balancing naturally through the swing for both walking the fields and breaking clays. As a 2-round break-open, this shotgun ships without a detachable magazine.
