The Weatherby Model 307 MZY marks Weatherby's entry into the muzzleloader market, bringing centerfire-rifle handling to a modern front-end loader. Built on Weatherby's proven Model 307 bolt action platform, this rifle is chambered in .50 caliber and designed to fire 340-grain .50 Cal Bore Driver projectiles, the same trusted line that has proven itself on big game across a wide range of hunting conditions.

At the heart of the MZY is a 26" barrel finished in Graphite Black Cerakote for corrosion resistance in wet, brushy, and snow-covered hunting environments. The barrel is fitted with Weatherby's signature MZYbrake muzzle brake to tame felt recoil and keep the action on target for fast follow-up shots. The overall rifle length is 49", providing a stable, well-balanced platform whether shooting from a rest or the prone position.
