The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 is a purpose-built lightweight mountain rifle chambered in 257 Weatherby Magnum. Built on the legendary Mark V action with a steel receiver finished in Patriot Brown Cerakote, this bolt-action rifle pairs a 26" fluted, threaded barrel with a factory-installed Accubrake ST muzzle brake to tame magnum recoil.

The barreled action is mated to a fixed Peak 44 Blacktooth carbon fiber stock finished in a brown sponge pattern with black, featuring factory-installed Spartan Precision gunsmithing adapters. The rifle feeds from a 3+1 internal magazine and is controlled by a smooth, adjustable TriggerTech trigger paired with a thumb safety.
