The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 is a purpose-built lightweight mountain rifle chambered in 240 Wthby Mag. Designed as a bolt-action hunting rifle for hunters who cover serious terrain, it features a fluted, threaded 26" barrel finished in Patriot Brown Cerakote and capped with an Accubrake ST muzzle brake for effective recoil management.

The rifle operates from a 5+1 capacity magazine and is built around a steel receiver in a right-hand configuration. A crisp TriggerTech trigger sits behind a thumb safety, while the 1:7.5" twist stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights for the 240 Wthby Mag cartridge.

The stock is a fixed Peak 44 Blacktooth carbon fiber design with dark green and brown sponge pattern accents, keeping the overall weight at just 5.40 lbs with an overall length of 46". No iron sights are installed, leaving the fluted and threaded barrel ready for your preferred optic and muzzle accessories.
