The Weatherby Mark V Apex in 7mm Backcountry is a purpose-built long-range hunting rifle where accuracy meets lightweight carry. Apex sits at the top of the Weatherby Mark V lineup, built on the iconic Mark V steel action and paired with a fluted two-tone Cerakoted barrel and the Peak 44 Bastion carbon fiber stock finished in Coyote Tan/Graphite Black Cerakote with Tan/Brown sponge accents.

Chambered in the modern 7mm Backcountry cartridge, this bolt-action feeds from a 3+1 capacity magazine. The fluted 20" barrel carries a 1:10" twist, is threaded for a muzzle device, and ships with a recoil-taming muzzle brake installed. At 7.50 lbs and 48" overall, the Apex balances well for mountain, plains, and open-country hunting.

The Mark V steel action is drilled and tapped, ready to host the optic of your choice. The carbon fiber Bastion stock keeps weight down while delivering a rigid, repeatable platform, and the Tan/Brown sponge accents give the rifle a clean, field-ready look.
