Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT Carbon 7mm PRC 24" 3+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT Carbon is a premium bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC, built around Weatherby's newest Model 307 platform - a 2-lug, fully cylindrical action engineered for precision shooting and broad aftermarket compatibility. This purpose-built chassis rifle pairs a 24" BSF carbon fiber-wrapped stainless threaded barrel with the MDT HNT26 stock system to deliver a light, accurate long-range hunting and target package.

At the heart of the rifle is the MDT HNT26 chassis, a carbon fiber forearm and buttstock system with an adjustable comb and adjustable length of pull for a tailored fit. The barrel carries a 1:8" twist optimized for the heavy, high-BC projectiles favored in 7mm PRC handloading and is finished with the recoil-taming Accubrake DST muzzle brake. Factory barrel threading allows the shooter to step up to a suppressor or alternate muzzle device when desired. A TriggerTech Field trigger provides a clean, crisp break for shot-to-shot consistency.

The steel Model 307 receiver is mated to a Two-Position safety and ships without iron sights, ready to mount a scope directly via a one-piece base or aftermarket optic mount. The rifle feeds through a detachable box magazine for a 3+1 total capacity, and the overall length adjusts from a compact 32.25" out to a fully extended 44.25" for prone, bench, or pack-carry use. Total weight on this build is a notably light 6.60 lbs for a precision chassis rifle of its class.
