Weatherby 307 Adventure SD 270 Wby Mag 28" 3+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Weatherby 307 Adventure SD brings Weatherby's modern bolt-action platform to hunters and shooters in a configuration purpose-built for the field. Chambered in 270 Weatherby Magnum, this full-size Adventure SD pairs a 28" fluted, threaded barrel with the factory-installed Accubrake muzzle device to help manage recoil from the high-performance magnum cartridge.

The barrel and the stainless steel receiver wear a non-reflective Graphite Black Cerakote finish, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for easy optic mounting. A crisp, adjustable TriggerTech trigger and a two-position safety complete the action controls, while the 1:10" twist stabilizes a broad range of bullet weights appropriate for the 270 Wby Mag.

The stock is a traditional fixed walnut design dressed up with a rosewood forend and grip cap and a maple diamond inlay for a classic Weatherby look. The rifle feeds from a detachable box magazine for a 3+1 capacity, measures 46.25" overall, and tips the scales at 7.60 lbs, balancing the long barrel nicely for both off-hand and prone shooting. Sights are none; mounting a scope on the drilled and tapped receiver is the intended setup.
