The WE Knife Banter is a compact, Ben Petersen-designed everyday carry folding knife that has become one of the most popular modern EDC platforms. This 2004B configuration pairs a 2.9" drop point blade in premium CPM S35VN powder-metallurgy steel with a tough, lightweight black G10 handle scale.

The blade rides on a proven liner lock mechanism and opens via dual thumb studs for quick, ambidextrous, one-handed deployment. A black stonewashed finish on the S35VN blade helps disguise wear from daily carry and reduces glare, while the drop point profile provides a versatile cutting edge for everyday utility.

Sized at 6.52" overall with a closed length of 3.62", a blade thickness of 0.10", and a carry weight of approximately 2.91 oz, the Banter is slim enough to disappear in a pocket yet fills the hand in use. The textured black G10 handle is grippy, weather-resistant, and slim at roughly 0.45" thick, and the reversible deep-carry pocket clip supports both left- and right-handed tip-up carry.
