Warne M902/876M Maxima 2-Piece Steel Scope Base - Remington 700 - Matte Black

The Warne M902/876M Maxima 2-piece scope base is a precision steel mounting platform purpose-built for the Remington 700 rifle. Modeled around the popular Weaver cross-slot design, this base set provides a rugged, low-profile foundation for mounting Warne Maxima rings (sold separately) to carry a scope, red dot, or other optic on a Remington 700 long or short action.

Machined from high-grade steel and finished in a non-reflective matte black, the Maxima base is built to handle heavy recoil and repeated field use. A full-width and full-depth recoil slot in each base allows the recoil control keys on compatible Warne rings to achieve maximum bearing surface, keeping the optic locked in place shot after shot. The 2-piece design makes installation straightforward, and the low-profile height keeps the optic close to the bore for a comfortable cheek weld on a standard Remington 700 stock. This base also fits the Bergara B-14 and other Remington 700-pattern rifles.

Installation uses 6-48 screws to secure the base to the receiver. Rings are not included and must be purchased separately to complete the mounting system. Pair this base with any of the Warne Maxima Weaver-style rings to mount your optic with confidence.
