Tyrant CNC Extended Magazine Release Springfield Echelon - PVD Gold Steel

The Tyrant CNC Extended Magazine Release is a drop-in upgrade designed specifically for the Springfield Armory Echelon pistol. Built to deliver faster, more positive magazine changes, the release is precision Metal Injection Molded (MIM) from robust 17-4 steel and subjected to a rigorous heat treatment process for outstanding strength and long-term wear resistance.

The release features a 2mm raised face that adds usable surface area and improved control when dropping the magazine, paired with a bead-blasted PVD plated finish that hardens the surface and gives the part a distinctive Gold appearance that pairs perfectly with custom Echelon builds. Designed as a single-sided release, the Echelon EMR helps prevent unintended magazine drops during carry and draws, and remains fully compatible with most OEM and aftermarket holsters.
