The TruGlo TFX line is the company's flagship handgun sight platform, pairing bright daylight fiber optics with self-illuminating tritium that stays visible in any lighting condition. The TG13NV1A is the dedicated 1911 fitment, cut for the classic Novak .260 front dovetail and .450 rear dovetail found on most 1911 Government models and other 1911-pattern pistols that use the standard Novak fixed rear sight cut.

This is a true 3-dot set. The front sight carries a green tritium and fiber optic insert ringed by a white outline for fast daylight acquisition, while the rear sight pairs green tritium vials with fiber optic elements so both dots remain visible day or night. The fully sealed TFX capsule encapsulates the tritium and fiber optic elements, protecting them from oils, cleaning solvents, and ultrasonic cleaning baths.

The sights are CNC machined from steel and finished in TruGlo's Black Nitride Fortress Finish, a tough, low-glare coating built for hard carry use. This is a drop-in replacement for factory Novak-cut 1911 front and rear sights and ships factory set for proper sight picture - no windage or elevation adjustments are provided, so installation is straightforward.
