TruGlo Picatinny Riser Mount 0.5" Rise 4" Long CNC Aluminum - Matte Black Anodized

The TruGlo TG8970B Picatinny Riser Mount is a one-piece optic base machined from CNC aircraft aluminum and finished in a tough matte black anodized coating that shrugs off corrosion and glare. Purpose-built to clamp to any flat top Picatinny rail, the riser measures roughly 4 inches long and adds a 0.5 inch stand-off between the rail and your optic, giving you the extra clearance needed for a comfortable sight picture.

Installation is drop-in - no gunsmithing or modification required. An integrated recoil lug keys into a recoil slot on the rail for a secure, repeatable lock-up that holds zero under recoil. The added height is ideal for co-witnessing a red dot or low-power variable with back-up iron sights, running a magnifier behind a red dot, or simply clearing a tall front sight post on an AR-15 flattop or other modern sporting rifle. The 0.5 inch rise surface accepts standard scope rings, red dot mounts, and reflex mounts (rings and optic mounts sold separately).
