The Troy Industries Ambidextrous Bolt Release is a drop-in upgrade for the standard AR-15/M16/M4 bolt catch, allowing the operator to lock or release the bolt with either hand without breaking their firing grip or shooting stance.

Machined from hardened aircraft aluminum with a matte black finish, this ambidextrous bolt release is built to withstand hard use while adding minimal weight to the rifle. By being ambidextrous, it eliminates the hand changeovers required by a factory right-side-only bolt catch, letting a right- or left-handed shooter release the bolt intuitively from either side of the lower receiver.
