The Troy Industries .936 Low Profile Gas Block is an AR-15/AR-10 component designed specifically for bull barrel rifles that require a .936" gas block seat. Made from 4140 pre-hardened steel and finished in a mil-spec manganese phosphate coating for a durable matte black finish, this low profile gas block replaces the tall AR front sight tower, freeing up the top of the barrel for free-float handguards, modern optics, and folding or rear-mounted iron sights.

Unlike the standard .750" gas blocks used on M4 and Government-profile barrels, the .936" inner diameter is engineered for heavy-profile .223 Remington, 5.56x45mm NATO, and .308 Winchester bull barrels. The slim low profile silhouette sits cleanly under any compatible handguard and mounts directly to the barrel at the factory gas block journal.
