The Trijicon HD XR Night Sights are a self-illuminated 3-dot front/rear sight set built for Glock standard-frame pistols. Designed with input from law enforcement and competitive shooters, the HD XR upgrades a duty or carry Glock with bright green tritium lamps that glow without batteries or switches and need no prior exposure to light - so the sights are ready day or night.

The HD XR pairs a thinner front post wrapped in a photoluminescent yellow outline with a "U"-notch rear blade carrying a black outline. The yellow front ring pulls the shooter's eye forward for faster, more intuitive target acquisition, while the angled rear faces and high-contrast outlines keep the front dot visually dominant at speed. Trijicon warrants the green tritium lamps for 12 years from the date of manufacture.

The sight housings are machined from steel and finished black for snag-free carry. This set fits the Glock 17, 17L, 19, and 22 on a standard (non-MOS) frame. Trijicon notes that professional installation is recommended; pressing the sights in requires a sight-pusher tool and proper technique to avoid damaging the slide.
