The Trijicon RMR/SRO 45 Degree Picatinny Rail Offset Adapter (AC32066) is a purpose-built mounting solution that clamps to any standard 1913 Picatinny rail and provides a short Picatinny interface positioned at a 45 degree offset, giving the shooter a fast, intuitive transition point for a secondary red dot optic such as the RMR, SRO, or RMR HD.

Machined from lightweight anodized aluminum and finished in a low-glare matte black hard coat anodized coating, the adapter is built to take real-world abuse without adding meaningful weight to the host platform. It measures just 1.25 inches long and weighs only 1.15 oz (32.6g), so it tucks neatly along the rail without disrupting handling or balance. The clamp-style design uses the standard Picatinny cross-slot geometry, making installation straightforward on rifles, carbines, and shotguns equipped with a 1913 rail.

The 45 degree offset orientation is intended for co-witnessing a primary magnified optic with a non-magnified red dot, allowing the shooter to rotate the firearm slightly and engage with the offset dot at close range without losing the primary sight picture.
