The Traditions Vortek StrikerFire is a modern in-line muzzleloader built around a striker-fired break-action design for fast, reliable ignition in the field. Chambered in .50 caliber, this rifle uses standard 209 shotgun primers, giving hunters a simple, weather-resistant ignition system that pairs easily with a wide range of muzzleloading propellant charges and projectiles.

The 28" barrel is machined from chromoly steel and features a tapered, fluted profile that trims weight without sacrificing strength. It is finished in a protective stainless Cerakote coating for corrosion resistance in wet, late-season hunting conditions. A faster 1:24" VAPR twist stabilizes modern conical bullets and saboted projectiles for noticeably better accuracy at extended ranges than traditional muzzleloader rifling. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, and this model ships with no iron sights installed so you can mount the optic of your choice.

A black synthetic stock keeps the rifle light and shrugs off weather, paired with a rubber butt pad for positive shoulder purchase and recoil management.
