The Traditions Vortek StrikerFire is a feature-packed .50 caliber break-action inline muzzleloader built around a 28" premium Chromoly steel barrel finished in Burnt Bronze Cerakote and mounted in Veil Wideland camo synthetic furniture. Designed for serious muzzleloading hunters, this rifle is ignited by a 209 shotgun primer and uses the upgraded 1:24" VAPR twist for excellent bullet stabilization with modern conical projectiles and sabots.

The fluted and tapered Chromoly steel barrel keeps carried weight down and aids cooling between shots while the rubber butt pad softens felt recoil at the shoulder. The receiver and barrel wear a premium Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance in wet hunting conditions, and the one-piece synthetic stock is molded in the Veil Wideland camouflage pattern that blends naturally into a wide range of North American hunting environments. The barreled action is drilled and tapped for optics and ships from the factory with the included 3-9x40mm scope mounted so the rifle is ready for the field.

At 6.50 lbs, the Vortek StrikerFire is one of the lighter full-featured muzzleloaders on the market, making it comfortable to pack all day on stand or stalk. The single-shot break-open action loads quickly through the hinged breech, the striker-fired hammer provides reliable ignition shot after shot, and the 209 primer system takes advantage of common, weather-resistant shotgun primers rather than hard-to-find musket caps.
