The Traditions ASC357 Snap Caps are .357 Magnum dummy rounds built for safe dry fire practice on any compatible revolver or pistol. Each cap features a plastic body with a brass base, providing the proper headspacing and weight feel of a live cartridge while cushioning the firing pin so the action can be cycled repeatedly without damage.

Regular dry fire training is one of the most effective ways to build a smooth trigger pull, sharpen sight picture, and rehearse reloads, draws, and malfunction drills. Snap caps make that practice possible by giving the firing pin a soft, non-functional primer to strike instead of metal-on-metal contact, protecting the firing pin, springs, and other internal components of any .357 Magnum handgun from premature wear.

This package includes six (6) snap caps, enough to fully top off a six-shot revolver cylinder for follow-up drills. The brass base ensures each cap seats and feeds reliably, and the durable plastic body holds up to repeated use session after session.
