The Traditions A1951 NitroFire Bullet Unloading Jag is a purpose-built brass unloading tool designed specifically for the Traditions NitroFire muzzleloader. When a bullet has been seated but the shot needs to be aborted, this jag threads onto the NitroFire ramrod and is simply pushed down the bore from the breech to safely and cleanly back the projectile out of the barrel without scoring the rifling or deforming the bullet.
Constructed from solid brass to stay non-marring to the bore, the jag features a 10/32 thread that mates directly with the NitroFire ramrod system. It is sized to properly engage the bore of the NitroFire rifle so a loaded bullet can be withdrawn with control and confidence.
A simple but essential piece of kit for any NitroFire owner, the A1951 should be carried alongside the ramrod so an aborted shot can always be unloaded cleanly. Use is straightforward: thread the jag onto the ramrod, insert from the breech end of the barrel, and push the bullet out slowly until it clears the muzzle.
