The Tisas Arms 1911 A1 Tank Commander brings the classic compact 1911 platform into 9mm Luger with the Turkish-made build quality that has made Tisas a popular value pick in the 1911 market. This pistol pairs a 4.25" stainless steel barrel with a forged carbon steel frame and slide finished in nickel, and uses the shortened Commander-style slide and grip frame that give the Tank Commander its compact, carry-friendly footprint without giving up the classic 1911 ergonomics, controls, and sight radius.

The Tank Commander runs in a traditional SAO (Single Action Only) configuration with a 9+1 capacity. The slide is finished with traditional front and rear serrations for press checks and easy slide manipulation, and the frame is equipped with an extended beavertail to promote a high, comfortable grip and help mitigate slide bite. Walnut grips round out the classic styling and complement the nickel finish. Two magazines are included.
